Championed Minds developed its partnership programs to expand access to quality, community-based services while empowering local leaders who are already making a difference. These partnerships allow us to combine our clinical expertise, compliance systems, and administrative support with trusted community programs to deliver effective, culturally responsive, and sustainable services.

Our goal is to strengthen community impact by increasing access to care, improving outcomes for youth and adults, and supporting program leaders through structured systems, training, and accountability. Through collaboration, we aim to remove barriers to services, enhance program quality, and create long-term solutions that promote stability, growth, and wellness.
Community Partnership Programs
Angels of Toledo
Owner: Tassionette Perryman
Angels of Toledo serves both youth and adults by providing supportive services that promote stability, emotional wellness, and personal growth. The program emphasizes empowerment, life skills, and community connection to help participants overcome challenges and build a stronger future.
Top Tier Elite
Owner: Elijuan Green Sr.
Top Tier Elite is a youth development program that uses sports as a therapeutic coping tool to support emotional regulation, behavioral growth, and social development. Youth participate in activities such as football and basketball, which are intentionally used to promote discipline, confidence, teamwork, and healthy emotional expression. The program also incorporates small-group discussions before practices, where youth explore behavioral concerns, emotional challenges, and decision-making in a safe, supportive environment.
Elevate & Achieve
Owner: Antonio Porter
Elevate & Achieve is a youth development and mentoring program dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential through personal growth, leadership, education, and life-skills development. We provide a positive and supportive environment where participants are encouraged to build confidence, set goals, overcome challenges, and create a successful future. Through mentorship, skill-building activities, and community engagement, Elevate & Achieve empowers youth to elevate their mindset, achieve their goals, and become leaders in their homes, schools, and communities.
Trenches Made Titans
Owner: Marlon Johnson
Trench Made Titans is a youth development and mentorship program that uses boxing, fitness, and life-skills training to help young people build confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership. Rooted in the belief that strength is built through overcoming challenges, Trench Made Titans empowers participants to develop positive decision-making skills, respect for themselves and others, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Our mission is to help youth rise above obstacles, reach their full potential, and become champions both inside and outside the ring
Growing Great Minds
Owner: Thomas Walker
Growing Great Minds LLC is an outpatient mental and behavioral health agency specializing in comprehensive youth services. We provide school based support, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, case management, and structured day treatment programming.
Our mission is to nurture the mental and emotional well being of young people by providing compassionate, innovative, and culturally responsive services. Through counseling, mentorship, skill building activities, and family support, we help youth strengthen emotional regulation, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, coping strategies, healthy relationships, self-image, and overall social development.
IGY6IX
Owner: Gary McNair
IGY6IX (I Got Your 6) is a youth empowerment and mentorship program dedicated to helping young people build confidence, character, leadership skills, and resilience. Through mentoring, positive role models, educational support, life-skills development, fitness, and community engagement, IGY6IX provides a safe and supportive environment where youth are encouraged to overcome challenges, make positive choices, and reach their full potential. Our mission is to let every young person know they are supported, valued, and never alone—because at IGY6IX, we've got your six.
Championed Minds Boxing Program

Championed Minds Boxing Program is an after-school program, with a focus on using boxing as a tool to help youth release anger and manage stress.
Transportation Partnership
We are partnering with Champion Care Transportation to provide safe, reliable transportation to and from client appointments.
